How to book an appointment: For new clients

All new clients will need to undertake an assessment, irrespective as to whether an assessment has been recently undertaken with another speech pathologist. To determine eligibility, please complete our short screener below.

Any ongoing therapy sessions following assessment may be booked with your clinician at the time of your appointment. Current clients are also welcome to contact Reception to make future appointments.

Speech Pathology caters to a wide variety of communication issues and disorders. In Positive Health seeks to provide the best care to all our clients. For this reason, our practice focusses on a select number of speech pathology issues and disorders. We cannot cater to everyone.

1. Are you seeking a speech pathology assessment for an adult or a child ?

2. Are you seeking a speech pathology assessment for communication issues related to:

A complex neurodevelopmental disorder; or,
A complex disability; or,
Level 2 or 3 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); or,
Global Developmental Delay; or,
A significant intellectual disability; or,
Down Syndrome; or,
A congenital disorder; or,
As non-verbal; or,
A brain injury; or,
Complex or multiple needs?
