In her work with individuals, Ruby supports clients to understand and transform patterns that may be keeping them stuck — both personally and in their relationships. Her practice is trauma-informed and draws on modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, and Depth Work to help clients reconnect with their Core Self and cultivate a greater sense of internal harmony.
Ruby also works with couples, bringing a structured and evidence-based framework to relational repair and emotional connection. She is trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1) and integrates elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples identify the emotional needs and attachment wounds that often underlie conflict and disconnection. Her approach supports couples to improve communication, rebuild trust and intimacy, shift reactive interaction cycles, and strengthen emotional closeness and shared meaning. She also helps couples navigate life transitions, parenting challenges, and external stressors that may impact their relationship.
Whether working with individuals or couples, Ruby offers a therapeutic space that is attuned, accepting, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible when all parts of ourselves — including those shaped by pain — are met with care and understanding. Her integrative, relational style supports clients to move from reactive patterns into more secure, empathic, and curious ways of relating.
